EDUCATION
- Three years of college in preparation for becoming a teacher. Olympic College, and Northwest Nazarene University
- Apprentice carpenter by Triple R Contractors in Bellingham, Washington
- Passed the Journeyman carpenter test at local union hall in Bremerton, Washington
- Trained as a drywaller/ tapper. Within 6 months was running the tools on a job without supervision.
- Owned own business as a building contractor. Fully-tooled to complete any size project.
